The rooftop infinity pool is definitely one of the highlights and makes the whole experience even more special. A special mention to Roni, who was extremely kind, attentive and helpful throughout our stay. He was always quick to respond and made sure we had everything we needed, which we really appreciated. Everything was easy and well organised, and we felt very comfortable from the moment we arrived. A beautiful apartment, amazing views and excellent service. How do I get into the apartment? Do I have to meet anyone?
You do not need to meet anyone. The apartment has a smart lock, so there is no key to collect — we send you a PIN code the day before you arrive and you open the door with it. The one stop you do make is the building security desk, where your passport or Emirates ID is registered — that is required in every building in the UAE.
Do I need to show ID?
Yes — UAE law requires every guest to be registered. After booking we send a short online check-in form where you upload a passport or Emirates ID. It takes about two minutes, and doing it early means there is nothing to sort out when you arrive.

Yes, free parking is available for guests at the building.

Overall the accommodation was ok, but we were unfortunately disappointed with the cleanliness. Several areas of the apartment as well as parts of the outside area did not appear to be sufficiently cleaned. The windows were also very dirty, making it difficult to enjoy the… actually beautiful view. In addition, the apartment actually appeared significantly darker and colder than shown in the pictures. In the photos everything seems brighter, more modern and warmer, but sometimes you didn't really feel comfortable on site. Some furniture and details also looked different than shown online. We would like to emphasize positively that messages were responded to and things we needed were brought to us. Nevertheless, in our opinion the overall package should be better in this price range. There were seven of us in total and we had largely the same impression of our stay.

First the plus sides: The apartment is on the 50th floor, which is an experience in itself. From the window you have a view of the Burt Khalifa and the sea. The pool on the 64th floor is also great. Unfortunately it doesn't have many loungers, but the view is great, the music is… relaxing and the bar has a good selection. The apartment has its own parking space right at the exit. Unfortunately the apartment wasn't clean, even after cleaning twice. There were stains on the walls and counters and the floor was sticky. For the first two days we only had cold water in one bathroom and a few days had passed before we realized that the Airco in the master bedroom was set via the switch in the middle bedroom. Attention, it says that it has conditioner, but there isn't. But we can highly recommend the apartment. Especially because the host tries very hard to resolve the inconvenience and responds very quickly - even in the evening.
