Is this the same apartment I saw on Airbnb or Booking.com?
Yes. It is the same home, the same photos and the same team — we manage it ourselves. The difference is the price: booking here skips the fee those sites add on top, so the same stay costs less.
Why is it cheaper to book here?
Airbnb and Booking.com add a service fee to every reservation. Booking on this site means there is no middleman to pay, so that fee simply is not there. Same apartment, same dates, lower total.
Can I cancel if my plans change?
Yes. Cancel up to one day before arrival and you get a full refund, no questions and no fee.
Are there any extra fees at the end?
No. The total you see already includes cleaning, tourism fee and VAT. Nothing is added later, and there is no deposit to pay at the door.
Is it safe to pay on this site?
Yes. Payments run through Stripe, the same payment company used by Amazon and Booking.com. Your card details go straight to Stripe — we never see or store them. You can also pay with Apple Pay or Google Pay.
How many guests can stay in Luxe High-End Apt: Infinity Pool w/ Burj View?
Up to 9 guests, in 3 bedrooms, 5 beds, 2 bathrooms. Bed linen, towels and the basics are all provided.
What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is from 15:00. Check-out is by 11:00 — and when you book on this site you get priority late check-out at 12:00 free. Arriving earlier or leaving later? Message us and we will do our best.
How do I get into the apartment? Do I have to meet anyone?
You do not need to meet anyone. The apartment has a smart lock, so there is no key to collect — we send you a PIN code the day before you arrive and you open the door with it. The one stop you do make is the building security desk, where your passport or Emirates ID is registered — that is required in every building in the UAE.
Do I need to show ID?
Yes — UAE law requires every guest to be registered. After booking we send a short online check-in form where you upload a passport or Emirates ID. It takes about two minutes, and doing it early means there is nothing to sort out when you arrive.
Is there parking?
Yes, free parking is available for guests at the building.
Is this a good place to stay with children?
Yes, families stay here often. We can set up a baby cot and a high chair at no cost — just ask when you book.
Can I book a long stay?
Yes. Longer stays are welcome and usually come at a lower nightly rate — message us with your dates and we will send a price.
