Had a wonderful stay at this modern apartment-amazing views, excellent location, short walk from JBR Beach, lots of restaurants, cafés & shops nearby, ideal base for exploring the area. Apartment was clean & well-equipped. Comfortable beds toiletries, towels & essentials… provided. Convertible games table (table tennis, pool & air hockey) - fantastic addition & kept every1 entertained. Excellent building facilities, including swimming pool, jacuzzi, gym, Thai massage parlour & 24-hr shop. Had a few issues at check-in & air conditioning but Mohammed Iqbal resolved them promptly. He was always quick to answer questions & did everything he could to help, even providing a portable air cooler while A/C was repaired. Minor downsides were bathroom odour due to building ventilation issue & only 1 parking space instead of the 2 requested. Overall, these were minor issues & didn't detract from our stay. Mohammed Iqbal's communication & willingness to help made a real difference. Would recommend.

Is this the same apartment I saw on Airbnb or Booking.com?
Yes. It is the same home, the same photos and the same team — we manage it ourselves. The difference is the price: booking here skips the fee those sites add on top, so the same stay costs less.
Why is it cheaper to book here?
Airbnb and Booking.com add a service fee to every reservation. Booking on this site means there is no middleman to pay, so that fee simply is not there. Same apartment, same dates, lower total.

How do I get into the apartment? Do I have to meet anyone?
You do not need to meet anyone. The apartment has a smart lock, so there is no key to collect — we send you a PIN code the day before you arrive and you open the door with it. The one stop you do make is the building security desk, where your passport or Emirates ID is registered — that is required in every building in the UAE.
Do I need to show ID?
Yes — UAE law requires every guest to be registered. After booking we send a short online check-in form where you upload a passport or Emirates ID. It takes about two minutes, and doing it early means there is nothing to sort out when you arrive.
Is there parking?
Yes, free parking is available for guests at the building.
Can I bring my pet?
Yes, pets are welcome in this home. Tell us in advance so we can prepare the apartment and let the building know.
