My family and I have been to Dubai before, but this was our first time travelling with three babies aged two and under, so space, comfort, and accessibility were really important to us. There were nine of us in total, and the property accommodated everyone comfortably. The host… was extremely detailed and helpful with instructions on how to access the property, which made arrival smooth and stress-free especially important when travelling with young children. The home looked exactly like the pictures, with stunning views of Dubai that we enjoyed throughout our stay. The apartment was clean, well laid out, and practical for a large family, and the location was a real highlight. It offered excellent accessibility to JBR, making it easy to get out and about, whether for walks, dining, or enjoying the beach. Overall, it was a lovely home in a great location, and we had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. We would happily recommend it to families visiting Dubai.

The interior feels a bit tired and worn, and it does not look as fresh or attractive as the listing suggests. The clothes dryer was also not working, which was inconvenient during… the stay. The location and the building are good, and the view from the balcony and windows is really nice. However, the number of dishwasher and laundry capsules provided was far too small for 4 people staying 4 nights. Overall, the place was a bit disappointing compared to the expectations created by the photos.

What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is from 15:00. Check-out is by 11:00 — and when you book on this site you get priority late check-out at 12:00 free. Arriving earlier or leaving later? Message us and we will do our best.
How do I get into the apartment? Do I have to meet anyone?
You do not need to meet anyone. The apartment has a smart lock, so there is no key to collect — we send you a PIN code the day before you arrive and you open the door with it. The one stop you do make is the building security desk, where your passport or Emirates ID is registered — that is required in every building in the UAE.
Do I need to show ID?
Yes — UAE law requires every guest to be registered. After booking we send a short online check-in form where you upload a passport or Emirates ID. It takes about two minutes, and doing it early means there is nothing to sort out when you arrive.
Is there parking?
Yes, free parking is available for guests at the building.
Can I bring my pet?
Yes, pets are welcome in this home. Tell us in advance so we can prepare the apartment and let the building know.
Is this a good place to stay with children?
Yes, families stay here often. We can set up a baby cot and a high chair at no cost — just ask when you book.
