Yes. It is the same home, the same photos and the same team — we manage it ourselves. The difference is the price: booking here skips the fee those sites add on top, so the same stay costs less.

Why is it cheaper to book here?

Airbnb and Booking.com add a service fee to every reservation. Booking on this site means there is no middleman to pay, so that fee simply is not there. Same apartment, same dates, lower total.

Can I cancel if my plans change?

Yes. Cancel up to one day before arrival and you get a full refund, no questions and no fee.

Are there any extra fees at the end?

No. The total you see already includes cleaning, tourism fee and VAT. Nothing is added later, and there is no deposit to pay at the door.

How do I get into the apartment? Do I have to meet anyone?

You do not need to meet anyone. We send you a PIN code the day before you arrive. There is a small lock box next to your apartment door — the PIN opens the box, and your key is inside. The one stop you do make is the building security desk, where your passport or Emirates ID is registered — that is required in every building in the UAE.

Do I need to show ID?

Yes — UAE law requires every guest to be registered. After booking we send a short online check-in form where you upload a passport or Emirates ID. It takes about two minutes, and doing it early means there is nothing to sort out when you arrive.

Yes, free parking is available for guests at the building.

Yes, pets are welcome in this home. Tell us in advance so we can prepare the apartment and let the building know.

Is this a good place to stay with children?

Yes, families stay here often. We can set up a baby cot and a high chair at no cost — just ask when you book.

Can I book a long stay?

Yes. Longer stays are welcome and usually come at a lower nightly rate — message us with your dates and we will send a price.

Are theme park tickets included?

No — tickets are not included, and we do not resell them. Ferrari World, Warner Bros. World, SeaWorld and Yas Waterworld are all a short drive away, but entry is bought separately. Everything we do goes into the stay itself: a well-kept, well-located home for less than the booking sites charge for the same nights. For tickets, buying direct on the park's own website is normally the best price, and a multi-park pass is worth a look if you plan to visit more than one.

The place is clean beyond what you imagine, tidy, and very safe. All the employees are helpful, and despite its proximity to the airport, the sound of the planes is not loud and is not disturbed by the strength of the apartments’ sound insulation. I did not find any defect in it, and everything was above what I imagined, and the delivery companies also deliver to your apartment’s door. What is nice is their professionalism with check-in and check-out. You don't meet anyone and they put the key for you in a specific place and write down instructions for you and also check out. You put the keys on the table and sent them a WhatsApp message and it went out. They also follow you on WhatsApp and make sure of everything. If you need anything, just send them on WhatsApp and they answer you. They are there 24/7 all the time. My family was very happy in the place and relaxed, and this is the most important thing. By the way, the apartment is equipped with everything from kitchen utensils, and it has a refrigerator, an oven, and a microwave, and even the trash. You can collect it with dignity and take it to a designated place and leave it there, and there will be no comfort or noise. Of course, there is no room service. You have to clean up after yourself and make your bed, and because of the beauty of the place and its cleanliness, you are ashamed to leave it and clean. You yourself are tidying it up and cleaning after yourself. You are ashamed to leave the place untidy, and you I received it, clean and tidy, and it smells nice. Downside · We booked an appartment with a lake view (canal) and paid extra for it. View was actually street and parking place. We contacted first the property and got answer that they don’t have appartments this size with a canal view. Then we contacted Booking.com and they got into it. Asking bunch of questions, pictures, screenshots of the confirmation.. But never solving it. We spent 10 days and never did the Booking.com or the property do anything for us to get the view we paid for. So if the view is important to you, book somewhere where you see the photos of the actual appartment you will be staying in. We also never got any refund of the extra we paid for the view we didn’t have. There isn’t pool in every building and also no gyms in every building. So if that is important, make sure you are staying in the building that has these. Our appartment kitchen cabins smelled odd, like rotten fish.
