How do I get into the apartment? Do I have to meet anyone?
You do not need to meet anyone. The apartment has a smart lock, so there is no key to collect — we send you a PIN code the day before you arrive and you open the door with it. The one stop you do make is the building security desk, where your passport or Emirates ID is registered — that is required in every building in the UAE.
Do I need to show ID?
Yes — UAE law requires every guest to be registered. After booking we send a short online check-in form where you upload a passport or Emirates ID. It takes about two minutes, and doing it early means there is nothing to sort out when you arrive.
Is there parking?
Yes, free parking is available for guests at the building.

The property needs a serious refurbishment. All the furniture is outdated, dirty, and bobbly. The bed caused itchiness. The door to the terrace wasn’t working properly you could hardly open it. WiFi kept cutting out. Oven wouldn’t get hot enough. The view of the Burj is lovely… but I would avoid this property until they resolve all the issues and give it some love. Also, they did nothing about the feedback I gave them. Seems that once people have your money they don’t care anymore.
