FLOP - price/performance 0 The pool and the hotel staff were great. Negatives: Price-performance much too expensive. The room was not as described, e.g. bathroom too small, hardly any space, extremely noisy in the room because of the surroundings, no balcony. Room looks much… bigger and nicer in the pictures. A big disadvantage is that you cannot use the hotel facilities before and after check-in/out. You have to leave the apartment at the appropriate time -FLOP. Just way too expensive for this price. The location of the hotel is also best for young adults without children. Lots of clubs and bars nearby but location not suitable for children.

Is this the same apartment I saw on Airbnb or Booking.com?
Yes. It is the same home, the same photos and the same team — we manage it ourselves. The difference is the price: booking here skips the fee those sites add on top, so the same stay costs less.

Up to 6 guests, in 1 bedroom, 3 beds, 1 bathroom. Bed linen, towels and the basics are all provided.
What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is from 15:00. Check-out is by 11:00 — and when you book on this site you get priority late check-out at 12:00 free. Arriving earlier or leaving later? Message us and we will do our best.
How do I get into the apartment? Do I have to meet anyone?
You do not need to meet anyone. The apartment has a smart lock, so there is no key to collect — we send you a PIN code the day before you arrive and you open the door with it. The one stop you do make is the building security desk, where your passport or Emirates ID is registered — that is required in every building in the UAE.
Do I need to show ID?
Yes — UAE law requires every guest to be registered. After booking we send a short online check-in form where you upload a passport or Emirates ID. It takes about two minutes, and doing it early means there is nothing to sort out when you arrive.
Is there parking?
Yes, free parking is available for guests at the building.
Is this a good place to stay with children?
Yes, families stay here often. We can set up a baby cot and a high chair at no cost — just ask when you book.
Can I book a long stay?
Yes. Longer stays are welcome and usually come at a lower nightly rate — message us with your dates and we will send a price.

Downside · Door handle fell off upon arrival. Cojferslot with 10 numbers to get in. Miren in the bathroom were moldy. The only shower is approximately 0.5 square meters and this for an app of 6 people. The water ran into the bedroom because the drain could not swallow it. The shower head sprayed in all directions. The visibility was zero, on the first floor looking at the parking lot. Had a very noisy two nights. Really bad for first experience in Dubai. Spend your money elsewhere

Downside · Imagine arriving at 10pm to a horrible sewer smell in your room? Maintenance couldn't solve it. Next day, customer services didn't even offer to change our room. No possibility of showering 4-6 year olds, because the water is boiling hot! had to shower them with a bucket & cup! You can't even brush your teeth or wash your face with the sink water. Every night, the whole apartment would stink horribly! Almost making us throw up. Had to go through 13 nights of this, because customer services wouldn't change our room nor refund us the "unused" nights so that we could change hotels.
