The location is very convenient. It takes about 5 minutes to take a taxi to several parks. The apartment is in a community with a small Carrefour supermarket, which is very convenient for buying breakfast. The customer service responded very promptly and was willing to help solve… the problem. We had a late flight on the last day and had to go to the amusement park. The apartment did not store luggage, so we contacted the landlord and asked if he could help us keep the luggage. After confirmation, the landlord agreed that we would leave the luggage in the room and come back to pick it up at 5pm. This solved a very big problem for us.

The advantage is the location. You can see Ferrari World and Sea World from the balcony. There is also a Carrefour supermarket and several riverside restaurants in the community, which are very convenient for family shopping and travel. The overall facilities are a bit old. Basic… toiletries were not provided on the first day of check-in, but were only delivered on the second day. There are so many residents on each floor that it takes a long time to walk to your room. Hygiene needs to be improved. The price is not low, I hope you can get a better experience. There is no swimming pool or children's playground in the building, so you need to walk to other buildings.

No — tickets are not included, and we do not resell them. Ferrari World, Warner Bros. World, SeaWorld and Yas Waterworld are all a short drive away, but entry is bought separately. Everything we do goes into the stay itself: a well-kept, well-located home for less than the booking sites charge for the same nights. For tickets, buying direct on the park's own website is normally the best price, and a multi-park pass is worth a look if you plan to visit more than one.

Nice time in Yas The place is very easy to access and is located in an excellent area on Yas Island. The location is extremely convenient, with many of Yas Island’s main attractions nearby, including SeaWorld, Ferrari World, Yas Mall, and several other entertainment destinations.… The apartment itself is beautiful, spacious, and very well arranged. It is comfortable and well equipped, especially the kitchen, which has a good selection of utensils and essentials. The self check-in and check-out process was also extremely easy and convenient. Another great advantage is that the apartment comes with two dedicated underground parking spaces, which made our stay even more comfortable. Overall, the excellent location, spacious apartment, convenient parking, well-equipped kitchen, and smooth check-in and check-out process were definitely the highlights of our stay.
Downside · While our overall stay was pleasant, there were a few areas that could be improved. The apartment we stayed in, Apartment 23, is located quite far from the elevators, almost at the end of the corridor. It requires a fairly long walk to reach the lift, which can be inconvenient, especially when carrying luggage. The bedding was the main concern for us. Although it appeared to have been washed, the bed sheets, pillows, duvets, and other bedding felt heavily used and quite worn. Some of the fabric had developed the rough, pilled texture that comes with extensive use. For accommodation of this standard, I believe bedding should be replaced regularly rather than simply cleaned and reused until it becomes noticeably worn. Had I known beforehand, I would probably have preferred to bring our own bedding. Renewing the sheets, pillows, and duvets would make a significant difference to the overall comfort and impression of cleanliness. We also experienced an issue with the access card. For some reason, it did not open the parking entrance. Each time we arrived, we had to press the intercom button, provide the apartment number and accommodation details, and ask for the gate to be opened manually. I am not sure whether there was a problem with our card or whether there was a specific procedure we were unaware of, but this should ideally be checked and explained to guests upon arrival. There are also a few areas inside the apartment that would benefit from some maintenance and a thorough deep cleaning. For example, there are sections of paint on some walls that appear to be bubbling or affected by moisture. These are relatively minor issues, but addressing them would considerably improve the overall condition and appearance of the apartment. Another point is the price. In my opinion, the current rate is quite high for an apartment of this type. Considering some of the points mentioned above, I believe the pricing could be reviewed to provide better overall value for guests

No facial tissue boxes, the dental kits were less than the number of the guests although they confirmed that it will be provided as per the guest number. Only 2 bottles of water were provided which is considered less quantity for 4 bedrooms apartment. No late check out was offered even for 30 minutes. The instructions were not very clear and to access the car parking in the basement, you need to call the security guard and inform him/her the apartment number. There was also only one access key to the building which is not practical for a big family
