The room is cozy and clean. It has everything you need for your stay. It’s convenient to have a kitchen. Whenever we had questions or needed something in the room, the management responded immediately and resolved the issue. There’s a great rooftop pool with a bar and a beautiful… view.
Downside · The shower is poorly positioned; water immediately spreads all over the bathroom floor. It became impossible and dangerous to walk around because the floor was very slippery and covered in water. I had to mop up all the water every time

I’d recommend going up early to grab a lounger. The host was very responsive and… helpful and checkin at reception was super quick. The only downside was the bathroom being very small, and the way the shower is built means it will flood the floor and you’ll need to sweep the water away each use (broom provided). Other than that. We had a pleasant stay. The accommodation is very well decorated, clean and has an excellent location. The host is welcoming, available and communication was fluid. On the other hand, the bathroom is really very small. Every time we showered, the water overflowed onto the toilet,… which forced us to use a squeegee after each use. This is not very practical, especially for a family. The rooms are also quite small, which can be a little tight when traveling with several people. Overall, the accommodation remains pleasant, but a few improvements on these points would make the stay even more comfortable.

Is this the same apartment I saw on Airbnb or Booking.com?
Yes. It is the same home, the same photos and the same team — we manage it ourselves. The difference is the price: booking here skips the fee those sites add on top, so the same stay costs less.
Why is it cheaper to book here?

Check-in is from 15:00. Check-out is by 11:00 — and when you book on this site you get priority late check-out at 12:00 free. Arriving earlier or leaving later? Message us and we will do our best.
How do I get into the apartment? Do I have to meet anyone?
You do not need to meet anyone. The apartment has a smart lock, so there is no key to collect — we send you a PIN code the day before you arrive and you open the door with it. The one stop you do make is the building security desk, where your passport or Emirates ID is registered — that is required in every building in the UAE.
Do I need to show ID?
Yes — UAE law requires every guest to be registered. After booking we send a short online check-in form where you upload a passport or Emirates ID. It takes about two minutes, and doing it early means there is nothing to sort out when you arrive.
Is there parking?
Yes, free parking is available for guests at the building.
Is this a good place to stay with children?
Yes, families stay here often. We can set up a baby cot and a high chair at no cost — just ask when you book.

There was no shower curtain and a very low edge between the shower and the rest of the bathroom, so everything got wet. The bathroom can be made better and can also be freshened up. Downside · Our room was not ready when we checked in, despite communicating earlier what time we would arrive. After a long flight, we had to wait two hours in the lobby for them to clean the room as we had walked into our room being a mess. Due to the cleaning having to be rushed as they’re irresponsible, it was not cleaned to a good standard and had remnants of hair, dust, dirt and they tried hiding stains under sheets with multiple bedsheet covers. The single bed had a double sheet and was very uncomfortable when sleeping. The shower had no separator and was a major safety hazard, the bathroom was flooded every time we took a shower and we had use towels to dry the bathroom floor. The sofa bed kept slipping apart during the night and had to be fixed several times, we couldn’t get a good nights sleep. The pictures online and in real life are extremely misleading, most likely the place will not look anything like the pictures. We believed we would be able to see the night skyline and we were looking forward to this. However, it closes at 6pm and you cannot see sunrise either as it opens at 8am, despite how much we paid for this place, we had to pay extra to access it after 6pm and it was only open for 3 days and had a 21+ age requirement. The BergStays support team who we were supposed to contact to resolve our major issues were utterly useless and offered no help. We received no compensation whatsoever despite them admitting they violated their own policies and terms and conditions
