HIGHLY RECOMMEND staying at Bergthor’s place in downtown Dubai. We were a party of 5 plus a newborn. Amazing view of the Persian Gulf from the apartment, you can easily access Dubai Mall, Burj Khalifa, and so many nice restaurants around. There are 24/7 grocery stores in walking… distance around you. We had a rental car and parked in the garage spot, but my parents used the Dubai Metro a few times and were very pleased by how close the station was from the place (like 5-7 min walk). What stood out most to me was how responsive and attentive Bergthor was. No matter what time of the day, before and during our stay, he always responded within 10 minutes. During our stay when we had questions about using the laundry machine, he had someone come in to teach us how to use it in less than an hour. A TRUE SUPERHOST and a great place to stay in Dubai that I highly recommend.
