Lovely stay Lovely spacious apartment, fabulous pool on the roof, lovely views, comfortable beds. The staff were lovely especially Beshoy who was always available via WhatsApp message for any issues or queries you had during the stay. Would definitely return to this apartment if… we go back to Dubai again.
Downside · Elevators were the only negative trying to get them to stop on your floor as they were always full as we had a party of 5 in our apartment especially on check out and when going out in the afternoons. Don’t book your taxis until you are downstairs in the lobby 🤣

How do I get into the apartment? Do I have to meet anyone?
You do not need to meet anyone. The apartment has a smart lock, so there is no key to collect — we send you a PIN code the day before you arrive and you open the door with it. The one stop you do make is the building security desk, where your passport or Emirates ID is registered — that is required in every building in the UAE.
Do I need to show ID?
Yes — UAE law requires every guest to be registered. After booking we send a short online check-in form where you upload a passport or Emirates ID. It takes about two minutes, and doing it early means there is nothing to sort out when you arrive.
Is there parking?
Yes, free parking is available for guests at the building.

Yes, families stay here often. We can set up a baby cot and a high chair at no cost — just ask when you book.
