Everything was available in the room, starting with a microwave, a dishwasher, and a washing machine. They were interested in the smallest details… that the family needed. The car park space was disappointing because it was on the 10th floor and access is very tight - I couldn’t get the rental SUV up to the parking space - okay for a small car. The only… other thing was that the bedding seemed like it was not changed - we found lots of little hair on the bedding. There was no kettle either and when we contacted the host he insisted there was one but we couldn’t find it and instead of going back and forth about it we just went without. We didn’t bother telling him about the bedding as he was unwilling to supply a kettle at first enquiry and we didn’t want to waste time chasing it up on holiday. Other than that the place was good, great location and excellent stay other wise. Would just also say that it is a very busy location and when ever I bought the car out front so all the family could get in we were always being rushed by the hotel staff.

What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is from 15:00. Check-out is by 11:00 — and when you book on this site you get priority late check-out at 12:00 free. Arriving earlier or leaving later? Message us and we will do our best.
How do I get into the apartment? Do I have to meet anyone?
You do not need to meet anyone. The apartment has a smart lock, so there is no key to collect — we send you a PIN code the day before you arrive and you open the door with it. The one stop you do make is the building security desk, where your passport or Emirates ID is registered — that is required in every building in the UAE.
Do I need to show ID?
Yes — UAE law requires every guest to be registered. After booking we send a short online check-in form where you upload a passport or Emirates ID. It takes about two minutes, and doing it early means there is nothing to sort out when you arrive.
Is there parking?
Yes, free parking is available for guests at the building.
Is this a good place to stay with children?
Yes, families stay here often. We can set up a baby cot and a high chair at no cost — just ask when you book.
Can I book a long stay?
