How do I get into the apartment? Do I have to meet anyone?
You do not need to meet anyone. The apartment has a smart lock, so there is no key to collect — we send you a PIN code the day before you arrive and you open the door with it. The one stop you do make is the building security desk, where your passport or Emirates ID is registered — that is required in every building in the UAE.
Do I need to show ID?
Yes — UAE law requires every guest to be registered. After booking we send a short online check-in form where you upload a passport or Emirates ID. It takes about two minutes, and doing it early means there is nothing to sort out when you arrive.
Is there parking?
Yes, free parking is available for guests at the building.

The place was a lot smaller than expected based on the listing photos. The pool picture is misleading — it’s not actually what you get, and there’s almost always maintenance going on. Downside · There is a dishwasher, but there are no capsules for it; there is a washing machine, but there are no capsules for washing. There is not a single spice in the kitchen except a packet of sugar, a couple of tea bags and coffee sticks. We had previously rented other apartments, but they always had spices (well, at least the basic ones: salt, pepper, oil), a couple of capsules for washing and a dishwasher - this is very convenient for guests☺️ and of course it’s worth adding Infinity’s opening hours to the ad - unfortunately it only works until 19.00, and from there SUCH views!! -I would like to admire it longer! Well, or at least know about it in advance
Downside · cleaning isn't done propely in bedroom its sticky on floor the staff charged us 25Dihrams for each bag just to keep in lobby. we been customer it should be considered free. need to provide cleaning everyday for free. towels amd water bottles should be provided everyday till the stay.only day 1 is provided
