I had another excellent stay at one of this host’s properties. The apartment was spotless, comfortable, and maintained to the same high standard as the previous one. Everything was exactly as expected, and I felt at home throughout my stay. What made the experience even better… was the host’s flexibility and thoughtfulness. When my trip unexpectedly had to be extended, he was able to offer me this apartment and made the transition between the two properties as smooth as possible. He coordinated everything so that I could move with very little waiting time, sparing me from having to spend hours carrying my luggage around. Throughout both stays, the host was responsive, accommodating, and genuinely cared about ensuring a great guest experience. I would happily stay at one of his properties again and highly recommend them to future guests. Thank you again for your hospitality and support.

What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is from 15:00. Check-out is by 11:00 — and when you book on this site you get priority late check-out at 12:00 free. Arriving earlier or leaving later? Message us and we will do our best.
How do I get into the apartment? Do I have to meet anyone?
You do not need to meet anyone. We send you a PIN code the day before you arrive. There is a small lock box next to your apartment door — the PIN opens the box, and your key is inside. The one stop you do make is the building security desk, where your passport or Emirates ID is registered — that is required in every building in the UAE.
Do I need to show ID?
Yes — UAE law requires every guest to be registered. After booking we send a short online check-in form where you upload a passport or Emirates ID. It takes about two minutes, and doing it early means there is nothing to sort out when you arrive.
Is there parking?
Yes, free parking is available for guests at the building.
Is this a good place to stay with children?
Yes, families stay here often. We can set up a baby cot and a high chair at no cost — just ask when you book.
Can I book a long stay?
Yes. Longer stays are welcome and usually come at a lower nightly rate — message us with your dates and we will send a price.
