The location and contact with the host were great! Beshoy welcomed us wonderfully on arrival, showed us around and provided us with all the necessary information for our stay :) He was available at any time if we needed anything. A small supermarket is located at the very bottom,… you can always order something for home delivery - delivery is free. It is very close to Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa, the swimming pool is on the 64th floor, a beautiful view from the swimming pool! Spartany was quite large, the bed was comfortable, we recommend the perfect apartment for a trip!!

The location is good…
Downside · The apartment doesn't look 100% like in the photos, it wasn't clean,the kitchen was covered in dust, the showers dont have a good pressure. It was very cold during nights(12-13c), the heating at the apartment didnt work, then the manager sent us a heater. the shower gel and body lotions were empty, not enough towels, we needed to contact menager for all these stuff that should already be there and prepared. Receptionists were very rude and not helpful at all. Not worth the price they put on booking. Wouldn't recommend

How do I get into the apartment? Do I have to meet anyone?
You do not need to meet anyone. The apartment has a smart lock, so there is no key to collect — we send you a PIN code the day before you arrive and you open the door with it. The one stop you do make is the building security desk, where your passport or Emirates ID is registered — that is required in every building in the UAE.

Yes — UAE law requires every guest to be registered. After booking we send a short online check-in form where you upload a passport or Emirates ID. It takes about two minutes, and doing it early means there is nothing to sort out when you arrive.
