Perfect location, safe, clean and went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. The property was perfect; very clean, had two king size beds so perfect for a family of four. It has a small kitchen, but had everything you needed and a large fridge. Shower was clean, hot and they… left lots of toiletries which was a nice touch. Bedding and towels were lovely and clean, had a lovely view and Abbas was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and had everything we needed. Abbas made contact prior to our stay, and was kind enough to arrange balloons and a cake for my sons 16th birthday; Abbas was also kind enough to help with water and milk when we ran out and stayed in touch to ensure we had the perfect stay. Thank you Abbas; it meant a lot to us.
Downside · Nothing; the apartment was perfect for us. We were able to use the infinity pool at the hotel which was lovely and clean. Also had access to a private beach, however sadly we had such a busy itinerary we did not get chance to use. We would 100% book this apartment again. Felt very safe and a perfect location as close to everything; just a short Uber ride to all the main attractions

Over all it was enjoyable staying Cleanly, well equipped, stunning view at the pool on the roof, palm jumeirah mole is less than 5 minutes walk, I was unaware that it is privately run and the reception is not involved in the management, however the agent responsible was excellent… and managed our demands very efficiently, thank you Abbas you made our stay very smooth.
Downside · The flat is a bit cramped for 4 people and I would recommend it for 2 only

Is this the same apartment I saw on Airbnb or Booking.com?
Yes. It is the same home, the same photos and the same team — we manage it ourselves. The difference is the price: booking here skips the fee those sites add on top, so the same stay costs less.
Why is it cheaper to book here?

Check-in is from 15:00. Check-out is by 11:00 — and when you book on this site you get priority late check-out at 12:00 free. Arriving earlier or leaving later? Message us and we will do our best.
How do I get into the apartment? Do I have to meet anyone?
You do not need to meet anyone. The apartment has a smart lock, so there is no key to collect — we send you a PIN code the day before you arrive and you open the door with it. The one stop you do make is the building security desk, where your passport or Emirates ID is registered — that is required in every building in the UAE.
Do I need to show ID?
Yes — UAE law requires every guest to be registered. After booking we send a short online check-in form where you upload a passport or Emirates ID. It takes about two minutes, and doing it early means there is nothing to sort out when you arrive.
Is there parking?
Yes, free parking is available for guests at the building.
Is this a good place to stay with children?
Yes, families stay here often. We can set up a baby cot and a high chair at no cost — just ask when you book.
Can I book a long stay?
Yes. Longer stays are welcome and usually come at a lower nightly rate — message us with your dates and we will send a price.

Perfect location, safe, clean and went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. The property was perfect; very clean, had two king size beds so perfect for a family of four. It has a small kitchen, but had everything you needed and a large fridge. Shower was clean, hot and they… left lots of toiletries which was a nice touch. Also had access to a private beach, however sadly we had such a busy itinerary we did not get chance to use. We would 100% book this apartment again. Felt very safe and a perfect location as close to everything; just a short Uber ride to all the main attractions
