Luxury holiday with family. / Luxury Family Vacation These are super apartments from a super management company, they have absolutely everything you need, all the appliances are new, everything is clean, the beds are comfortable, the balconies are equipped to the highest class,… no one else has this, new tables, chairs, pleasant grass for your feet on the floor. Peace and quiet around the clock, you can’t hear any music from an adult frog. The balconies overlook the green courtyard, children's pool, view of the blue waters, JBR beach and the new EMAAR ledge and port with yachts! I recommend this owner, his team and apartments. The beach is sandy, the sun loungers are luxurious, there is a pool with cool water on the beach, there is a SPA pool for adults, only for residences. The pool at the hotel is parasitic, knee-deep, from Wednesday to Saturday everyone rubs against each other in a 60 cm deep paddling pool near the hotel....., the music is not very good, the DJ needs to be replaced and the quality of the music needs to be replaced, but you can’t hear it in the apartments. A great holiday with children, these apartments are perfect for lovers of silence!!! Absolutely everything was wonderful, the apartments themselves, the beach, children's pool, adults with cooling on the beach, promenade for walks, restaurants, shops, supermarket, shopping center. Cafe on the ground floor, which has delicious coffee and croissants. These are super apartments from a super management company, they have absolutely everything you need, all the appliances are new, everything is clean, the beds are comfortable, the balconies are equipped to the highest standard, no one else has this, new tables, chairs, nice grass for your feet. Peace and quiet all day long, you can't hear the music from the adult frog. The balconies overlook the green courtyard, a children's pool, a view of the blue waters. The photos do not accurately represent the place, and the amount charged is not worth it. There was loud music playing until late at night. Women in the next-door flat were fighting, and early in the morning they made so much noise that we were unable to sleep. When we asked them… to stop, they were arrogant and rude. There was a strange smell in the corridor. We were two people staying in the room, but the sofa bed had been set up for sleeping without explanation, which meant we could not use the sofa for seating. The apartment felt tired overall. The carpets, kitchen, bathroom, and balcony glass all need a deep clean.

Is this the same apartment I saw on Airbnb or Booking.com?
Yes. It is the same home, the same photos and the same team — we manage it ourselves. The difference is the price: booking here skips the fee those sites add on top, so the same stay costs less.
Why is it cheaper to book here?

What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is from 15:00. Check-out is by 11:00 — and when you book on this site you get priority late check-out at 12:00 free. Arriving earlier or leaving later? Message us and we will do our best.
How do I get into the apartment? Do I have to meet anyone?
You do not need to meet anyone. The apartment has a smart lock, so there is no key to collect — we send you a PIN code the day before you arrive and you open the door with it. The one stop you do make is the building security desk, where your passport or Emirates ID is registered — that is required in every building in the UAE.
Do I need to show ID?
Yes — UAE law requires every guest to be registered. After booking we send a short online check-in form where you upload a passport or Emirates ID. It takes about two minutes, and doing it early means there is nothing to sort out when you arrive.
Is there parking?
Yes, free parking is available for guests at the building.
Is this a good place to stay with children?
Yes, families stay here often. We can set up a baby cot and a high chair at no cost — just ask when you book.
Can I book a long stay?
Yes. Longer stays are welcome and usually come at a lower nightly rate — message us with your dates and we will send a price.
