Had the best stay at Berg Stays, the apartment was exactly the same as the photos, very spacious and clean. The view is immaculate, the balcony is very spacious and have the best views. The host is very friendly, responsive and respectful. Abbas was an awesome guy who was extremely respectful, friendly and helpful, he was there for anything we needed during our stay. I really enjoyed my stay and I highly recommend the apartment and the host. 5 stars!
Amazing, organized, and great value considering the number of guests and quality of the stay. The apartment was spacious, clean, and the location is fantastic along with the view of downtown Dubai. The check in process was easy, and had Mr. Abbos was with us through the whole check process personally which was amazing. The team is also very responsive and supportive which made everything easier during the stay.
Great stay with Desert Key at Downtown Views II. The apartment was very well furnished, spotless, and had a beautiful view of the Burj Khalifa. Location is perfect with Dubai Mall just a short walk away. The team was super responsive on messages, check-in was smooth, and they were flexible when I asked to extend my dates and for a later checkout. Really enjoyed the place and would definitely stay here again.
So absolutely pleased to have chosen to stay here with family, our nanny, and toddler. Place was as described with a fabulous view from the balcony (love the seating out there), and lots of space for everyone. The team (our contact was Abbas, and the guy met us initially as well to help with bags and explain how things work... he was amazingly accomodating), was super responsive whenever we had an inquiry and we appreciate them very much. Top knotch service, with amenities like a hotel with dental kits, slippers, etc. Short, picturistic, walk about 10-13 min to the mall, around the Opera House and underneath the Burj. Highly recommend.
